Information letters will arrive the week of January 19, from Capital Property Solutions. This will include portal log in information for the annual assessment, as well as information on setting up your profile. Please reach out to CPS or the HOA for further assistance. A link to the portal will be available on this website as soon as possible.

Annual Assessment

As you are aware, dues are now $175/annually. Statements will be received by February 1, 2026 and are due by February 28, 2026.
